I COLLECT PLANTS & SEAWEED: Nature is my color palette.  From backyard  flowers, to exploring forest floors that wind down to the shore, PRESSING - PRINTING - PAINTING with nature as my muse offers me unlimited inspiration and possibilities. Spending time in nature is a very important part of my process and it fuels me to keep creating.  From volunteering at beach clean-ups to teaching seaweed pressing workshops, earth consciousness is at the heart of my process. My art blends artistic expression with scientific curiosity.  My focus is on designing whimsical and realistic assemblages of time and place influenced by the changing tides of life on earth.
